Being able to identify and effectively deal with conflicts of interest is an essential skill for both public and private sector personnel. Using common workplace scenarios, this introductory course aims to introduce participants to the essential elements of a conflict of interest and why they are so important to address. The course will equip participants to conduct their own personal interests and official duties assessment, recognise when a conflict of interest might arise and understand the essential features of effective conflict of interest management.
