Tracy Riddiford

Tracy Riddiford brings 12 years of senior leadership experience at South Australia’s Independent Commission Against Corruption (ICAC). As a founding member of the Commission’s leadership team, she established and led its corruption prevention, education and strategic intelligence functions, and advised two Commissioners on complex and sensitive issues.

Tracy has extensive experience reviewing governance, policies and practices across State and Local Government, helping organisations identify weaknesses, strengthen accountability and improve their approach to integrity. She combines strategic insight with a practical understanding of how organisations operate, and where things can go wrong.

Before co-founding Lift Strategic, Tracy also built a career as an award-winning filmmaker and communications specialist. She has produced documentaries for broadcast and spent more than two decades developing drama-based education and curriculum content used by leading institutions internationally. This experience gives her a distinctive ability to make complex issues accessible, communicate difficult messages and turn insight into action.

Tracy holds a Bachelor of Justice and is a licensed investigator based in Adelaide.
